Speaking and press

From content to the stage.

TEDxUFTM 2026

No one crosses already knowing the language.

I arrived from Albania at ten, not speaking Portuguese. I learned to read the room long before I learned to read the board. Years later I understood the corporate world works the same way: there is a code nobody spells out and everybody demands. That is what I got on stage to talk about.

Me on the TEDxUFTM stage, on the red carpet, with the slide “Hi.” on the screen.
Me standing next to the giant TEDxUFTM letters on the empty stage.

What your audience takes home

Three things that stay after I leave the stage.

  1. 01

Reading the room as a skill, not as a talent reserved for born communicators.

  2. 02

The difference between delivering well and being seen delivering well, and why they are not the same thing.

  3. 03

A concrete way to adapt your communication without becoming someone else.
